Random game crash upon teleport or return

Since Patch 2.1 I randomly experience a problem upon teleport or return.

The game suddenly slows down extremely during the teleport cast animation, and before I see the zoning Screen I get "Final Fantasy stopped working". I had this happening like 3-4 times yesterday and 2 times today. When I Zone back in, I appear at the Zone I wanted to teleport / return to.

This only occures when porting or returning with the Animation, not happed (yet) when I return from being K.O.ed.

Windows 7 x64 (all patches installed)
Ati Radeon HD7870 (newest Drivers)
Intel Core I5 4670 on ASRock H87 Pro4, 12 GB RAM
Playing on Maximum Settings.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
