Not recieving Achievement Rewards

Hi,

I wrote an ingame ticket regarding this issue, and they just told me they can not help me and that I should seek it on the forums instead.

I have not recieved several achievement rewards in game;
-I got This!
-Bump on a Log: Maelstrom

I don't see why this can not be sorted in-game by a GM and just hand me the items on my character since the achievement's are completed and the items untradable anyway.

Eitherway, as suggested I'm posting it here on the forums now, seeking for help.

Did you go to the NPC at Apkallu Falls in Gridania to receive your reward? It doesn't just appear in your inventory.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
