Missing equipment

After I updated to patcch 2.1, I logged in and noticed that I am missing 2 accessories. Hero's ring of fending and Darklight bracelet of fending. I called customer support, contacted them via chat help, contacted the GM and all of them told me the same thing, they can not help me, the best suggestion is to write a in game bug report. I still have not received any replies regarding the bug report I sent. I put a lot of time getting these items and I would like to know what happened and get them back.

Is anyone else have similar problem?

I lost my level 50 miners boots and my level 48 botanist main and offhand. Have now bought replacements, but I hope they can sort it out. Methinks their database is slightly borked.

Sounds about right but, I want what I earned back. lol
