What is the PvP accuracy cap?

I am missing spells as a healer @350
Missed aero on a warrior
Missed stone 2 on sch.

Depends on target Dexterity I would imagine

Dexterity has nothing to do with evasion or accuracy.

I dont even know if there is an accuracy stat in pvp. Pvp gear doesnt give accuracy at all.
