Allow lower level guild members to make cash deposits to the company chest

Unless something I don't know about changed in 2.1, you have to be a high enough member within a Free Company to deposit gil into the chest. Unfortunately, this same level of deposit access automatically comes with withdrawal rights.

Members who are lower ranking in the FC should have deposit access - after all, we're trying to save up stupid amounts of money to buy a house - without necessarily getting the rights to withdraw that money. We trust everyone in the FC (we know where each other live for the most part, and we're all veteran MMOers) but the concern is that a newbie in the group will get hacked and the hacker will go bleed out all the gil in the company chest if we grant everyone full access.

So right now we're just sending gil via the delivery box to one officer, but that doesn't give us the excitement of watching the numbers add up.

In short, grant us the ability to assign "deposit only" as a gil privilege in FC ranking.

Agreed. This is really needed. I want to contribute to our FC's housing fund, but the only way to do so is to mail gil to the FC leader and just hope that she's good enough at money management to keep track of what's hers and what's the FC's. Then we never get to see how the housing fund is growing. :( Give us view and deposit access, so we can all take part in helping to fund things.
