Cant Unlock Crystal Tower "Sanding It Down" Bug

Issue Was fixed. Objective was just hidden.

I'm also having this issue. I wanna know if anyone else is. Beetle, have you figured anything out yet? j/w

Was no Bug. NPC was hidden inside the house. Need talk to NPC inside the house near the red circle then go outside then click on the floor.
