Botanist Leve "Bleeding Them Dry" Potentially bugged?

What: Leve "Bleeding Them Dry" bugged
Frequency: Nodes Always, Leve: unknown
Description: I activated the leve "Bleeding Them Dry" upon receiving it around 5:12 PM ish (PST). However, when trying to harvest from the node's, nothing shows up to be harvest. In game submission of bug was around 5:16 PM PST.

I can confirm this bug. I also had this happen!
