Just shooting this out there, why would a FC buy that frame for 2.5m, when it's going to take a while to farm for a house?

I agree, the demand for any furniture more or less furniture mats will be pretty much nonexistent for 2-3 months.

Although this is one of the big reasons I feel SE will not hold on prices. A huge part of housing was to make both Gathering and Crafting relevant again. I doubt SE would let all their time be wasted to revitalize DoH/DoL out of pride.

I'm assuming the OP is aiming this ad towards the rich folk and not us bums.

For if you have a house already a couple of mil is nothing to you.

But if you already had a house would had assume SOMEone in thieir FC could make it...so I don't know. I'm curious at what is the recipe for that now then anything.

Yeah, honestly I've heard talk of people already being close to buying a LARGE house, so I figured maybe I'll get lucky and they may just buy my ADS plate to have the furniture.

Im in the same group of you bums <3 I'm broke. Haha. I honestly want to save the item, but I would love to buy my FC a medium sized house ASAP so I figured I'd let it go.

I've been in those housing zones...and all I see is a lot of empty plots. Is it a big deal? Not to me, not sure why everyone is so stuck on this idea, prices will drop and be adjusted... OVER TIME. If this is your first MMo stop thinking the sky is falling, if this is not your first MMO then I say this: Shame on you for not knowing better.
