Blood Letter and Straight shot

Blood letter is now 130 potency instead of 150
Straight shot is now 130 instead of 140

I thought we were only getting a cross class skill adjustment? Why wasn't this mentioned in the notes?

If it isn't a typo and is indeed a change, it was not announced. It would effect BRD's sustained dmg which since launch was already the lowest.

Verification from SE on this is needed.

EDIT: Looks like the problem is carelessness, not outright malice. I'm not seeing any difference in damage output, guessing they messed up the tooltip.

Wow, so now they're resorting to ninja nerfs? WTF is going on here?? When I chose to gear bard over my other classes, I never realized that it would amount to countless hours wasted. SERIOUSLY SE, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! How much more could you possibly nerf one class?? This may be the last straw for me...

You may wanna double check that its not a tooltip error. Sounds like Jump might be the same way... hitting at 200 potency while the tooltip states 250. Innovation says 50% control boost even though its unchanged from the 30% prepatch?

Sounds like there are a lot of tooltip errors that made it into 2.1. So definitely check it out and confirm that you are actually hitting at the listed potency.
