Comprehensive quest starter npc location 2.1

Besides the patch notes - do we have a goto spot that tells where the new quests start for the extremes, new msq, hair cuts, housing teleport, ultima, crystal tower? I think I covered them all.

If we don't please share your knowledge here and I will update the post to reflect the information. Thank you.
