Relic quest bugged

I went to turn in the last part of my relic quest this morning as i had finally gotten the radz-at-han oil, and it told me that i did not meet the conditions, of which were blank, for turning in. i figured my quest had bugged so i dropped to pick it back up and turn in and now i can't pick it back up.

same... can any mod or someone help please?

Same happend to me right now with the Artemis Bow! I have the radz-at-han oil, and nothing happend!!

I thought I was the only one

Same, 1/1 oil, cant complete quest. Bard.

With BLM cant either do the relic reborn quest.
