They didn't mention on patch notes but surely did reduced required tome materials.
In fact they mentioned it. But they sneaked the information in today. (and mentioned it weeks ago)
Also the known issues are to be fount at the end of patch notes now.
Oh thank you Feilina, my mistake there. I just read the patch notes once when it's fresh released.
