Food effects are no longer lost on death

Hi reading all the current forum posts no one really mentioned this.
Players will no longer lose the effects of food items upon being incapacitated.
So please buy food for all your dungeon runs and help
the economy grow so people can afford to buy fc houses.

how does buying food help me buy a house?

why would I help crafters get money to buy a house, i can keep that money for myself so I can afford my own house

is called TRADE for a reason, you buy and sell and gils circulated, go dungeon to get gils, go treasure hun to get gils, and continue to TRADE

Players will need less food to be crafted than before, since they won't need 20+ every time they attempt new dungeons and such. More players will buy food, but orders of a full stack will most likely become rarer.

I ussually sell things in stacks of 20's for this reason, cuz no sane person would want to spend 99 foods on a dungeon.

You would do more dmg, increase your effectivity and with it the ammount of gil you can earn/farm.

Probably the most exciting change of this entire patch. Now a weekend of attempts on twintania won't cost me the equivalent of 100-200k gil (thank god I make it myself).

Still a bummer that two star food is still worthless though :( Was really hoping they would fix that.

Agreed. Really wanted them to fix the two star food and the alchemist pots in general :/

hope people start using food now. No more excuse to not use food

The stat pots are actually really good in certain burst situations (like conflags or when burning down asclepius or the 2nd dread in turn 4). The material costs are kinda silly on the str and vit pots though :(.

The mana and health pots are terribad though, I agree with you there.
