Camera Angle

Is there a way that I can actually have a "true" 3rd person view while playing ? I start off like this then when I'm kiting or moving around the screen its like my char gets in different facings that the camera doesn't adjust too and its just annoying. Is there another option in the /lua or something that I can put on my end to fix this ? I didn't see anything listed to correct this within the game itself.
