Crafted gear suggestion

I'm not sure if or how this idea would work, but how about implementing an ilvl on materia that (provided the materia matches the dicipline) that the ilevel of the gear itself would increase?

Obviously, careful consideration would be needed in assigning the materia ilvl to prevent penta meld 2 star gear being absolute BiS.

My thought is materia would be something like:
Tier 1 = ilvl .5
Tier 2 = ilvl 1
Tier 3 = ilvl 1.5
Tier 4 = ilvl 2

This would raise 2 star, 5 meld with tier 4 have an adjusted ilvl of 80.

This could open up the crafted gear market in multiple ways.
- Materia sales
- Spiritbonding gear sales
- Philo tomes sales
- 2 star gear sales
- Most importantly, gear that has been melded would see a huge interest.
