So I noticed on the quasi-live letter tonight that according to the Japanese-language 2.1 site and what Yoshida was reading, the english site number of 14% price decrease for housing every 6 hours is indeed a typo, and it was intended to be 0.14%.
Its a bit of a no brainer since its planned to be 50% in 90 days, but a lot of people were wondering what the actual number was, and there it is.
It's official -- 0.14% every 6 hours, not 14%.
