BLM How do you acquire Stardust Rod Zenith?

Stardust Rod Zenith:

They just renamed Relic +1 to Relic Zenith.

I'm pretty sure they only changed the name from Stardust Rod +1 to Stardust Rod Zenith. So the same way you used to +1 your weapon I guess..
