Launcher error?

I open my Launcher and I get this error

A system error has occurred: -2146697211.

Ermm it's down for 2.1 update?

im receiving this error as well. I assume it's due to the update gong on. confirmation would be great though.

The launcher doesn't open.

I'm also receiving this error. Sigh.
Double click and this thing appears...

I believe it's due to them bringing the game down for the 2.1 update, which I thought was tomorrow, but they did say the game would be down for 24 hours.

I have the same error, it most likely has something to do with patch 2.1

Read the launcher prior to maintenance. It said that it would go down at MIDNIGHT on Dec 16 PST and come back up 24 hours later at maximum at Midnight on Dec 17. The message was on the launcher the 13 and was there until it went down for maintenance. Don't understand the timezone? Google it. The dates can be easily seen on your computers calendar.

im sure everybody knows that 2.1 is going on. The problem is that never before has the entire launcher been down giving error messages so people are freaking out. There was nothing in the notes about the launcher giving errors and with the history of bugs in the game since rerelease its not completely idiotic to think maybe something else is messed up or went wrong during the patch. Your complaining people should read notes and google time zones but that has nothing to do with the issue at hand which is the error message.
