Will people outside the FC be able to visit a FC house?

- Please avoid jokes off "With these prices no FC will even have one." (I'm pretty sure someone will still post it, just to spite me or be the funny man.)

- This is not a topic to troll, vent anger or anything related to the housing prices. There are plenty of threads about those. So please check them.

Now onto my question. I have seen no notification or explanation about the possibility of other people outside the FC being able to access a FC house. I'm not expecting anyone to enter someone's house by their own accord though. But something like the FFXI invitation method. Where someone is approved to enter inside.

Can a dev clarify this? Considering that finding it out ourselves will most likely take a while with the current exorbitant prices. (Or if anyone happens to know about it and I just missed that particular piece of info)

I hope that they will allow others to enter, even if they can not enter the building at least check out the 'neighborhood'. What is the point of prime locations if in theory SE can make unlimited copies of it.

It was talked about several months ago, but unless plans have changed you will be able to set permissions on who can enter the FC house. They specifically mentioned stuff like allowing people that are on members' friends lists, LS's that FC members are a part of, allowing anyone at all to enter, etc.
