Rain of Death evasion debuff (lol). Eating Stuffed Cabbage is also a decent alternative if you feel like your accuracy has gone down into the pits. Most content outside of coil doesn't really have high accuracy demands so not too worried about it.

This bow makes Artemis look like the trash it is.

Allagan Bow is still bis. There is no way to lose 27 acc without having to use Staffed Cabbage over Deviled Eggs which mean you're already losing 15 crit from food choice not to mention the cabbage only gives 21 acc so you're still missing 6 then factor in the 3 Dex and Allagan pretty much equal but then 1 WD which destroys sub stats by a mile and it's crushed. The bow will be great for those who are still rocking the heavy acc DL gear but for those of us who have bis gear already it's Allagan all the way.

You lose 1 WD + 3 Dex from not having a level 95 weapon... which is a lot. So, probably not, but fun to check out anyway.

Losing 13 dex isn't worth it at all.
