They're there. Just saw them yesterday. Sorry know that doesn't help. But they ARE there.
I just saw them on the notes, specifically them raising the myth cap to 450.
I suggest actually reading the patch notes.
They are getting EXP gain but wont get Chain kills...so hopefully its and Buff overall
