Honestly, I think they need a 90% reduction. That 20million cheapest land should be 2 million so the vast majority of players can at least participate in the content.

A house is something special, personal housing is not coming out for a while yet. So you have time to save, that's what I'm doing. As soon as I saw the prices on Tonberry I immediately got to selling all my hoarded materia XD. Need to sell more food! Culinarian skills go!

I'm tired of people defending these prices by saying "This is FC housing, not personal." This was supposed to BE personal housing, the only reason they switched to FC housing to begin with was to reduce the stress they knew a ton of personal houses would put on the servers. The only planned difference between these houses and personal houses is that these houses are corporately owned. That's IT. Why would the prices for FC houses be outrageously high, and a year or two down the line, now individuals are able to purchase the EXACT SAME PLOTS OF LAND, but for much less?

Doesn't make sense.

Besides, it's all irrelevant anyway. Even if they do intend a legion of FC members to donate multiple million gil for a single small sized house, whatever their INTENTION, the price demanded is still completely exorbitant and completely disconnected from reality.
