More room for Towers and Parks.
Towers and Parks will provide stat benefits to the entire FC depending on what Towers and Parks you place into the FC housing. If you want your FC to hold plenty of Towers and Parks you will need plenty of room.
The same will apply to Personal Housing once that is released if you want to gain Personal Stat bonuses from Personal Towers and Parks you place into your Personal House. -
