Free Company Housing and changing your plot/house

I'd heard (I think?) that a Free Company can only purchase a plot of land once. That is if our FC purchased a small plot we would never be able to purchase a medium or large plot.

I'm not saying "upgrade", but even, spend the gil for a small plot, decide in a year or more that medium or large (or even high class plot for small) would be nice, and buy that, loosing the gil we spent on the original plot.

Basically, even if not *now*, in 2.1, will there be a way to buy a new plot of land and move (or even rebuild) on it, or is it, once you choose your plot/house, that's it for now and ever?

I wholeheartedly agree with this. My free company, WarriorsOfLostFreedm, is pretty small right now, but we do plan to recruit, and bigger free companies are better off with bigger estates. What are we supposed to do until upgrades are implemented? Go without an estate until we can afford a large one? That just seems silly.

I only know what I read on the updates page and I don't think I read anything about upgrading a plot to a larger one in the future, but I'm sure the upgrading feature will be added as an option soon enough (At least I am hoping so). I am hoping to start a FC with some friends of mine later on and knowing already that we will be a smaller Company will make it hard to even get a small plot of land. The prices are outrageous on some servers. It would suck to know that we will never be able to 'upgrade' the plot later on unless this feature is added so, *fingers crossed*, hopefully this will happen!
