So, I'm sure you all noticed the wonderful copy/paste errors in the NA patch notes. I'm going through the FR notes now to compare and see what's missing. I'm only focusing on the changes to abilities.
MRD#1 Brutal Swing: Recast has been reduced to 20s, down from 30s
MRD#3 Mercy Stroke: Recast reduced from 60s to 40s. No word on what happens to cross-class version, if anything.
LNC#2 Full Thrust: Combo potency increased to 330 from 300
BRD#1 Rain of Death: Reduces enemy evasion by 10% instead of reducing damage by 10%, TP cost reduced to 180 from 200.
Yeah, reduce the cost of RoD to 180. That'll keep us using it. . .

MRD#1 is correct. MRD#3 is correct, highly doubt that the cross class versions CD will go down, as the 60 seconds is from the traited mercy stroke, but in the event that is does happen, Yay. LNC#2 No idea.The BRD change to RoD was because the changes to warriors stormpath (?), gives a 10% dmg reduction now. If they kept that in, the damage reduction stacking would be absurd.
Absolutely love the change to virus by the way. Virus spamming was silly. But not only did they stop the virus spam, they added mechanics to other classes to add another level of skill play. -

Since the cooldown of Mercy Stroke is 90 seconds, I believe the notes are only referring to the trait that enhances Mercy Stroke. This would fall in line with the similar changes to Blood for Blood and Internal Release.

Thank you for posting this. It's nice to see another unseen buff on Dragoon. Hopefully we can get some confirmations before Tuesday, but whatever. I'll try not to get my hopes up, just so when it does happen on Tuesday I can cry tears of joy.

After using my super pro techy skills at google translate, you can tell on the Japanese patch notes that there is a spot where full thrust combo potency receives a +30 buff. Probably what's supposed to be in the chart where they've copied the effect of heavy thrust's buff 3 times over on the engreesh notes
