MY GOD! SE want give me a HEART ATACK with that house price?

What i can say? as you can see i'm in Excalibur server... EPIC FAIL. This just will increase the RMT and a lot of players will "quit"(not me) but will be IMPOSSIBLE for my FC get any house. There is no way to get a HUGE amount of gil just to buy ONE house -.- sorry but i have to say this because SE made ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE. sorry for my bad english but THEIR NEED FIX IT! just see... the RMT will increase even more.

Now peoples that is RMT will sell their REAL LIFE HOUSE to get 30% money for a VIRTUAL HOUSE lol

Blame SE trying to gil-vacuum the 2% of the Legacy population. Honestly didn't think rolling on a Legacy server would be punished this much >_>

Yeah x.x if their at least can GIVE SERVER TRANSFER FOR NON-LEGACY PLAYER IN LEGACY SERVER will be better.
Btw what we can do? no one here will buy ANY house... is impossible even for my FC with legacy players -.-

No kidding, I was just thinking how badly they were punishing the people who stuck through a really crappy game to this one...

And then there's people like me...who aren't legacy but joined a legacy server...the joke's REALLY on me! (Husband joined a guild back in beta and they were all legacy.)

I TOTALY agree with you ^^ There is a huge amount of players that aren't legacy players but thoses players is stuck in thoses legacy servers. If SE don't fix it,their will loose more and more players and the RMT just will increase... is sad but i don't have 100% motivation to play patch 2.1 anymore.

2.1: SE buffs RMT profit margins? FAIL.

Sargatanas here. 20M for a dumpster shack somewhere, 10M if we wait three months. There's sticker shock, and then there's walking into the part of town where you can't afford to breathe the air. Nobody in the FC has that kind of money, and maybe a scarce few on the server besides the RMT bots that are keeping shard prices under control.

The Gil Sellers must be creaming themselves and giving themselves raises with the news that now almost NOBODY can afford this new feature without either spending a years' worth of hard work or a few thousand dollars of their product. Way to go, SE, way to go.

I wouldn't put it past SE though to audit the six guild houses that get bought in the next six months to see if there's any rich kids buying gil from the RMT's.

Agreed.

I mean, I knew going onto a Legacy server would place me among possible elitist players from 1.0 who would look down on my noobishness, or gil prices being a bit weird because of them transferring a portion of their weath (but that is due to players and not the system). But I didn't think it would manifest in a gameplay element like this that would literally STOP me accessing it (at least not for another year or so at the rate my semi-large FC makes gil on Balmungs collapsing economy).

I play this game since the release of 2.0... and i only have 120k Gil... HOW can we obtain a huge amount of Gil? Philo materials cost around 20-30k Gil... craft is a crap to get Gil... enemies drop 50-60 gil... i'm poor in real life and now in a virtual world xD
