Brd changes on 2.1

Ok here is what i can see that been nerfed on brd/ cross class ability

Brd:
Rain of Death: Instead of reduce enemies dmg by 10%, it been changed to reduce enemies evasion by 10%. (massive nerf, this skill is pretty much useless now, brd can now save that 200TP on other skills)

Archer:
Shadowbind: The recast timer had been changed from 12sec to 40sec (massive nerf, but never really use this skill in the first place)
Hawk's Eye: The acc been changed from increased 10% to 100%. (Useless buff, never really have any acc problem in the first place, conclusion; nothing changed)

X-class Skill:
Internal Release (pug): Crit % been changed from 20% to 10%. (nerf)
Blood for Blood (lnc): Dmg % been changed from 20% to 10% (nerf)

Don't think i missed anything....

Wish it wouldn't have been nerfed before PVP though. :P

omg.. forgot about pvp... i see why shadowbind was nerfed

The cross class nerfing I think we all saw coming, since they said our DPS was a little high and were going to adjust the cross classing. But the other two nerfs? It's obvious to me those nerfs were made for the sake of PvP, which I'm not sure I like. Rain of Death would have been far too OP in PvP, as would being able to Shadowbind melee DPS constantly.

yea i can see why they Nerfed it but now its pritty much useless. only reason we would need tp song is because we were using rain of death ect. and for mages from what iv seen you have to suck at being a mage not to be able to keep your mana up.. only thing thats even slightly usefull is the ele resists down and iv almost never used it unless its a big fight. you cant stack songs and they kill the dps as is. i hate to qq about it but i was dissapointed with bard when i realized only thing it was good for really was dps. then noticed rain of deaths effect and was like well that kinda makes up for only having 5 crappy skills. but when a whm can do more dps then a bard i dont think it can get any more unbalanced.. if they are gona take away are most usefull skill they shoulda atleast given us some more songs... hell at this point id be happy to have a misc skill that you just play for the hell of it. they nerfed bards enough as is this is just bs..

It breaks on damage and doesn't it already suffer diminishing returns?
How is that any more OP than sleep with triple the duration, no cooldown, and can even be used as an AoE?
Yet I don't see any Sleep nerfs in the patch notes...

The changes arent really that much of a deal breaker for me. I mean I never really used RoD unless it was proc'd by Wide Volley.

And as for the two cross class skills. Sorta saw it coming but eh, to me 10% isnt that much. BRDs already have a lot of crit from their equipment an stuff. Least i can still do Raging Strikes + Blood for Blood for a 30% dmg. better than not having blood for blood. I thought i was already doing pretty good DPS b4 i got blood for blood. With it being at 20%, my Hate bar sky rockets to quickly with the amount of burst DPS i was doing LOL.

i'll take a Dmg reduction on Cross class skills over losing them completely which i though was gonna happen.

RoD has been nerfed so it's now smarter to have a WAR as MT or OT for the 10% damage reductions. Also takes away the need for a BRD for speed runs therefore giving melée DPS a chance.
