Instead of wasting yr time crying and whining about the house prices. Here is a "crazy" thought, dont buy it!... What you think is gonna happen when nobody buys it, prices will go down all the way till a great percentage of fc can afford them.. Or do you think they really worked hard implementing this feature, just for a few fc to use it?
Takes 90 days for full reduction in price, but eveytime someone actually does buy one its going to start over and you be waiting again.
Sheesh, you don't get it do you. There is no decimal in Gil, so 100 gil is actually 1.00 gil, so that 40,000,000 gil is actually 400,000.00, it's just the person who wrote it down is used to using ¥ and not £/$/€ which have decimals. I'm sure when they realise their error they will laugh about it and reduce the prices (before the gaming press publish the patch notes - which some do - and make the people who wanted to come back to check out housing.... decide not to).
The reductions cap out at 50% of the original value, and they ONLY reduce as long as nobody buys them.
