In the Eyes of Gods and Men

There are 4 of us trying to interact with the NPC - the Inquisitor Brigie - and we are told to talk to him, the quest icon is above his (her?) head.

Targetting is possible, but interaction is not.

I am on a PS3, with a 8 Mbs download / 1 Mbs upload dsl
