SE: I want a housing Mortgage

If SE is going to put in the massive gil sink of housing... why can't we get Mortgage on the plots! A Weekly bill payed out of the FC Bank would work. It would also give them a way to adjust the rate of gil sink in the future if needed by adjusting the rates.

How would they collect if you don't pay up?

Repo the land after two weeks. Then they could sell it again.

Hopefully there's section 8, HUD, and welfare options available too.

As humorous as the idea is, they actually addressed this in one of the live letters and basically said, "No. Too complicated."
