Is there a cap on this like on crystal tower or did they make getting accesories in CT a pretty silly choice?

Ultima looks a lot easier than the Primal Extremes because it's 99% dodging, whereas the EMs actually have mechanics that require thought/skill to pull off.
This is likely why.
