What will Houses do?

What does housing provide?

I don't understand why so many people are interested. People have even left the FC I'm in because we aren't focused on making gil to buy a house.

So what comes with all this gil sink? Should we all want one? Will it have effects like Mog Houses in XI?

It's like in FFXI where you had your mog house, and you could decorate it. Some people are into that kind of stuff.

Added stuff to do mainly.

I think they mentioned buffs to Crafts. Rested Bonuses. and most importantly, EPeen.

I am not really interested in one other than to build my own airship. But I don't think they added that into game yet.

First you will need to know there are 2 Kinds of Housing. We are currently getting the FC Housing but Personal Housing will arrive later. Most likely Housing Prices for FC and Personal House will be separate since the large cost of FC Housing is due to how it will be the entire FC paying for a single Housing but Personal Housing will have only a Single person paying for his or her own house.

FC House provides
-DoH buffs
-DoH EXP boosts

Personal House Provides
-Personal Stats boosts
-Personal other boosts

These benefits are determined by what you put into your house and land.

Which is why I'm more interested in Personal Housing.

In 2.1 it is only cosmetic. the cool stuff come with 2.2 and later (chocobo raising, airship crafting, gardening and much more)
