Plot Prices? WOW

So for a first-grade large plot of land its 312,500,000m MILLION GIL. I thought I was rich but man I can't even put a dent into that price. Anyone even considering paying half of that for housing?

I dont even want to think about it. Maybe in a few years haha. I'll be lucky if i can get a measly 20mil gil house let alone a large plot!

By small one and as price drop, buy bigger one

Yeah they do drop everyday but to a maximum of 50% off. Still pretty expensive.

Price cannot drop past 50% of the original price. So all the waiting in the world won't make the housing affordable.

Just a reminder that these housing prices are for FC housing, since some of the phrasing of the posts so far suggests they're expecting to have to pay that all by themselves. 300 million split between 30 people isn't as out of reach.

I'm sure personal housing when it comes out will be much more in reach of the average player to purchase on their own.

Everyone was in shock when it was announced, thats for sure..

Even being in the largest FC on server, everyone's heart sank a bit. :(

Hard work and dedication and working together as a team will definitely be key to getting a plot for housing.

You expecting 30 people to put in 10 mill each into something that can go down at anytime....yeah, good luck with that. Guilds crash and burn due to drama all the time.I have personally never had more then 4 mil at one time, and putting that ALL into an FC....lol and love my fc, but nope.

I expect the prices to be patched.

I never said that. I was pointing out that people don't have to put up 300 million themselves for their personal house, which is what several people in this and other threads appear to believe.

I'll also point out that the 300 million price is for the highest tier land with the largest plot. There are several options far less in price for those who do not have or do not want to spend that much gil including waiting 3 months. 10 million split 30 ways is only 333,333k per person, for example.
