Hello all,
I would like to upgrade my GPU. Computer specs are as follows:
AMD 6300 Black edition (4ghz)
Nvidia GeForce 660 OC
8 gigs ram
Would like to know what the cheapest substantial graphics card upgrade would be. Looking to keep the price under 300 at max (250 or less is where I feel most comfortable). I currently get around 30-40 fps on Max settings (would like to try and get as close to 60 fps on Max as possible). Thank you for any input! :)

pretty sure your current vga cost more than $300, so you won't find an upgrade in a $300 price range
Well a Nvidia 760 with 4 gigs of ram is possible for under 300 dollars.

The 760 is indeed an upgrade, but not all that far ahead of the 660 you already have. My personal opinion is your CPU, even overclocked, is lacking a bit. Not bad by any means, but the higher performance GPUs you get will make it stand out more.
You can try nivida 750ti or AMD's 260x
If you can squeeze $330ish you can buy a GTX 770! I don't think settling for a 760 would be worth the upgrade from a 660.
