Hello my FFXIV does the version check then goes to a "page cannot be displayed" screen where the normal log in is suppose to be. My internet connection is fine I've rebooted the computer, modem and have tried a uninstall/reinstall of the FFXIV program need some help thanks in advance!
The FFXIV login page is tied to your internet explorer browser. You should clear your browser cookies/cache first and foremost. And make sure that it is working properly. You can do that manually, or with Ccleaner
If that doesn't work, then try turning the internet security settings to medium. You may also want to install IE9 if you haven't already. (win vista/7 only)
