Voice Chat PLEASE

Is their anyway voice chat will be featured??? I mean really i feel us ps3 players really came up short handed in the game. Its already bad enough that I cant even see what's going on in a fate. I just think it will be WAY better then just haveing everyone relying on Mumble and Team Speak. When I first started to play that game I couldn't even get in some raid groups because it was ts an mumble required an its even like that in coil groups. What about the people that don't have access to those system's?

It is unfortunate. I'm on PS3 and I don't have a nearby PC or own a smart phone. Not having voice chat is one of the main reasons I haven't even attempted Coil, though I've been geared for 2 months. I'm not sure how, but maybe the PS4 version will be voice chat friendly. I hope at least.

I got PS4 upon release and it does come with a mic and has integrated voice chat while in a party on PSN, but it won't be viable for MMOs until SE gets around to having voice chat in their actual game. People will start to have to form PS3-PS4 parties. Oh yeah; I realized that for some reason my PS3 buds couldn't join up to my party on PSN when invited from my PS4. Maybe they are just ignorant or maybe it's just how the next gen system is setup. I currently run PC for this game but plan on transferring over to PS4 once it's released so I hope this issue is addressed before then.

Game can easily be played without Teamspeak. Anyone requiring it is just being needlessly eltitist.

Sure, probably easier to give commands for some people instead of typing it out... Most people can just continue to type out stuff like they've done for the past... idk... 15 years? Especially with 2.5 second cooldowns between abilities. How much time does it take to type "Adds", or "Run", "Help", "Crap", "Links", "Warriors are completely overpowered and need to be nerfed".

All those things can be typed in under 2.5 seconds. Please forget about Teamspeak, and CERTAINLY dont make it mandatory or unremovable. Nothing pisses me off more than hearing some guy scream through my battles the entire time, or some super anoying voice of a 12 year old crying and whining he/she didnt get the drop.

This game DOES NOT NEED voicechat.

Needlessly elitist? It's obvious you have no clue how to run raids. There is absolutely nothing "elitist" about requiring that you have a voice chat service or can get one in order to be coordinated in a raid. If you don't have voice, you're not going to run with most groups, period. And your obliviously ignorant nature towards the subject is laughable Surian, it really is.

And typing during a boss fight, where heavy mechanics and coordination take place?

Aint no body got time for that.
