My server doesn't seem to have many, if any, morning raiding FCs. I'm looking for one around 9-10AM CST during the weekdays mostly. I'm exp with Turn 1&2 and done some T4 through slot fills.
I'm leveling other jobs to become viable in the future, but I'm currently a +1 MNK with full DL / AF2 and that's what I'd like to raid as.

just thinking that's probably your best choice, since they have the same ping anyway.
I mean, since I usually play at night and i'm from Europe I play on an NA server *shrug*
otherwise, if relocating to a different server is not an option, you're probably better off asking in your server's forum, not the general forums :)
I have some friends on Diabolos who raid in the mornings, they have a good size party together however they have to PUG a few right now... I can let them know that you are looking for a group and hopefully they can PM you accordingly.

And Amnie, I was thinking EU too but wanted to stay NA if I could I guess. I have tried my server's forums, many times, thus why I'm here...
well, why do you want to stay on a NA server though? I mean, the entire purpose of the 'EU' tag is so people know where the majority of people playing when they play are online. the servers aren't actually located in Europe.
if you really want to stay on an NA server, but are willing to relocate, your best bet is probably a Legacy server. those are pretty packed. my own - Balmung - usually is, even when I log in during the day my time (aka mornings for NA folks) and as far as I know, Sargatanas is even more populated (though I guess it doesn't make a huge difference)
My FC has been trying to put together a weekday morning raid team and a weekend daytime raid team with no luck. It's tough. We've been looking for daytime raiders since the beginning and haven't found a soul (at least one that's not already spoken for).
It's tough, I feel ya. I wish you the very best. If you find yourself on the Adamantoise server, you're welcome to come hang out with us, though we'd be a pugging trio :C
I guess I don't really have a reason to stay NA besides that's where I'm from, would be perfectly fine with EU I suppose. Just figured I'd stay NA if I could :)
oh I totally get that one. I'm pretty sure you'll even meet americans there. I regularly meet other europeans on NA servers in MMOs :)
