My roommate and I live together and both play on the same server. He's on the PS3 version and I'm on the PC version of the game. I was just wondering if I could pay for his subscription this month with my credit card (the same card I'm using to pay my subscription on my account.) I know that this is a bannable offense on some games, so I thought that I'd inquire before doing it. Better safe than sorry! Any help is much appreciated.
You're giving SE more money, they don't care. Pay your buddy's sub, just make sure it's not on auto-renew if you don't want it to be.
Best contact Squarenix about because if he's credit card is registered then you might need to un register it then register yours only if register it back to his again.
Why don't you transfer the sub amount to his credit card?
Or you can buy him a game-time card to use on his account.
