Steps:
Main story line quest Lv20. when i'm join the Grand Company of Immortal Flames .Could not interact with NPC Swift to progress the quest "my little chocobo" Can't buy the Chocobo Certificate from the Quartermaster.
And my first Grand Company quest is Shadows Uncast (Immortal Flames) and the quest is lock. so the quest "my little chocobo" is disappear.
it 's mess up, please fix it.
