Main Story Quest - Dressed to Deceive Bugged

Dressed to Deceive is bugged on the Exodus Server.
50+ people and myself are unable to proceed through the main story because "Knerl - Flame Captain" wont respond to any of the players.

We have all written report bug forms, but no GM's have answer in more than a day.
The bug has persisted since last night at the earliest.

If anyone knows a round-about way to by pass this or restart it (since story quests can be canceled), it would be greatly appreciated.

Square...please fix ASAP!
