Why is there no way to contact a GM directly in this game... Players see cheating and can't really do anything about it cept "submit a report" which prolly never does anything for found on the spot cheating.
There is a archer botting hoglets from under the ground in central shround on Excalibur server right now. Is there a way to contact a gm about it? Does this game even have GMs like ffxi?

Sadly no I see this kind of stuff all the time and it just annoys me. Honestly no point in even reporting that kind of crap, I reported a few real players for botting and what not. Yea they're still in game, never got punished. I even had a supposed GM contact me through tell about one of them and still nothing happened.
At the end of the day it looks like their subscriptions matter more to SE :(
