On each reset, the game should round your myth up to the nearest five. E.g. if you have 298 when you cap, when it resets it should put you at 300.
It's really frustrating being 2 short of pld relic +1, or two weeks short of +1 on something else etc...
Odd ball numbers.
Only takes a few minutes to jump into an Ifrit HM and grab yourself those last few myth. I can't really agree with adding arbitrary currency to folks accounts because they didn't quite make the cap.
I'm sure SE can round everything down for you so you don't get those odd numbers again.
OP: I am entitled to free earnings because I do not like numbers that end in anything other than 5 or 0.
So if you are at 298 capped, next week only earn 292 myth so that the following week you will be at a satisfying 590.

What I am getting at is it's impossible to plan to get accesorries and a relic +1 in a nice timeframe because you end up like me, capped at 298, which means this week I will be at 598 and 2 short from having enough for +1 on my paladin... So I have to wait another week for 2 myth.
I think we know what you're getting at, it's just that... it's not going to happen
next week myth cap is getting raised to 450, so you'll be able to +1 your weapon even though you're 2 short. Please look forward to it!
If I were you, I'd round my Mythos this week, getting only 297. Unrounded numbers makes me mad.
Easy solution would be a way to exchange mythos for philos. 1 mytho = 3 philos. Eh? EH?
