monk touch of death question

Does anyone know if the damage over time from Touch of Death affected by greased lightning dmg buff? As in, when its doing dmg over the 30 seconds, does each time it applies damage it takes into account the dmg bonus from greased lightning?

And if it does, is it only the dmg bonus from when you first apply it, or does it recalculate it each time it's about to apply dmg?

I'm like 95% sure it does, and dot damage is calculated at application only.

DoT damage is based on your attack power at the time of application. If you can it would be good to have GL3, B4B, and IR up for max DoT damage.
