Constant flickering trees, flickering edges, very distracting please help!!!

I have spent hours and countless nights trying to fix this issue, if someone can help me out I will be extremely thankful, I love this game and really want to continue playing it but this constant flickering in the trees, grass, walls and shadows makes it difficult to keep playing this game! These screenshots should summarize some thigns about my computer. Im using a Dell Ultrasharm u2412. It is worse when Im moving around in game. My best guess is this is an anti-aliasing issue. It happens around the edges of my characters gear as well.

Thanks again to anyone who can help and please let me know if there is any other information that you need.

What videos?

Does the grass flicker when you move? Are you on a large monitor or tv? Might just be your refresh rate of your tv or monitor. If you can change that try a different speed.

im on a dell ultrasharp u2412. Yes it fickers when I move, basically the edges of everything flicker.

I had that problem and changed the speed of my monitor. It helped it a lot...almost 100%. Something to look into to.

try removing the driver settings and let the application decide.

I tried messing around with it, no change. It is set to 60hz

Hmm, Well you could try changing the anti-aliasing filter from "edge-detect" to "standard". It sounds like the sort of problem that an edge-detect might cause.
