Where to Download PC Version - previously had FFXIV

Hello guys I previously had bought FFXIV V1.0 and then when FFXIV: ARR came out i bought it for PS3 and i just recently have gotten my PC back and want to download the PC FFXIV: ARR can someone point me in the right direction?
