I completed the achievement for getting 500,000 Immortal Flame seals, and I looked through all of my inventory and armoury chest, and it doesn't look like the shield reward was given to me. Since there is a lot of teleporting during fates, maybe I had ported at the moment I got it? Not sure what happened, but I definitely don't have the item in my inventory.
How do I get this fixed to where I can obtain my shield?

Talk to Jonathas at Old Gridania by Apkallu Falls. This NPC gives rewards for all achievent items.
