FATES and making them interesting for everyone based on party verses solo settings
I've come to realize, after running fates in less populated areas, that we need a separation of hardcore and casual FATEs. Currently the over-world contains all fates both difficult and soloable; both provide the same EXP bonuses upon completion (and sometimes group fates actually provide less EXP than their more soloable counter-parts).
I believe FATEs would be much more fun and interesting if the more difficult ones were placed in a open-world dungeon setting, intended for light to full parties. This is where the higher EXP bonus fates should be since they require more time and larger parties (sometimes Raids) to defeat. (Also, I would love some party difficulty mobs in here as well since the FATE's would be built around larger parties).
While, the casual/Solo FATEs would be kept on the over-world locations and these would provide smaller EXP bonuses, but be more numerous.
Well, back to FATE'ing I suppose haha.
