Scale armor is not tank armor, please let LNCs & DRGs roll Need

This is driving me insane. I have lost so many good pieces of DRG gear it's not even funny. The latest was the named piece that drops from Chimera. I was very disheartened to see other topics about it end up in "Working as Intended" in the bug forum. If that's the case, then please change it so that any class/job on the list can roll Need. Please? The very first piece of gear you get from the LNCs guild is a piece of scale. Square, you yourselves tell us that scale armor is LNC/DRG armor then do a 180 on us. I'm pretty sure DRG AF armor ain't cloth.
