Unable to progress in "The Unending War"

Steps:
Main story line quest. Could not interact with NPC Edmelle. Logged off and on, no change. Zoned, no change. As of writing this, I'm going to restart the quest line to see if she becomes available. Other players have stated they are having the same problem as I wrote this ticket.

I read in the resolved bug forum someone having trouble with this same quest, only with a different NPC.

im also having the same issue.

broken for me as well and there is a few others sitting here. the npc just acts like it has nothing to say.

Count me in as well. And a few people (5-10)have come and gone with the same issue

Also having this issue, as is everyone that comes up to her while I was there..

Also having this issue with the NPC Edmelle. Attempts to speak with her to trigger the quest requirements does nothing outside of target her. A lot of other players also walk up to her and stand there with me before emoting disappointments and such, so I'm pretty sure this is happening to them too. I tried restarting the game but nothing happened. I also can't seem to abandon the quest so I'm just stuck in the storyline here for now.

Myself and my wife have also had this issue, on PC and PS3.

I'm also experiencing the issue. World: Excalibur. PC.
