Experienced Raiders New to FFXIV Looking for People That Don't Suck

We have a group of four very experienced raiders/pvpers from other mmos looking to make a competent coil and pvp farming group. Our main jobs are PLD, PLD/DRG, MNK, and WHM, so we're mostly looking for ranged and a healer, but others are fine too.

We don't really care about gear or prior experience, just looking for people that after a few attempts can not screw up boss mechanics. Also, skilled pvp experience is a huge plus.
